In the process of thoroughly executing the production, manufacture and inspection of quality, environment, occupational health of employees and security system, Magicart carries out all-around monitoring and inspection towards main control nodes such as surface pretreatment of material shot blasting, welding, geometrical size control and machinery fitting, etc.

We stick to the procedure of “three inspections”, which are self-inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection. Meanwhile, it pays attention to the whole machine experiment after completion of production, and also keeps the production and inspection records of each crane so as to ensure the integrity of quality records.

Our internal processing and production strictly implements the quality standard system, and has quality control personnel to monitor the production process and data in real time. And we have a portable three-coordinate detector and a welding line laser detector to test and control the strength, stiffness and stability of key parts of the equipment.
