Product Description
Portal cranes for loading and unloading: mainly used in ports and open stockyards, with grabs or hooks for loading and unloading. The lifting capacity generally does not exceed 25 tons, and does not change with the range. The working speed is high, so productivity is often an important indicator.
Portal cranes for shipbuilding: mainly used for ship berths, floating docks and loading sites, for hull splicing, equipment loading and other hoisting work, using hooks as spreaders. The rated lifting capacity is up to 300 tons, and the lifting capacity is correspondingly reduced when the range is large. There are multiple lifting speeds, and the lifting speed can be increased when the hoisting weight is light. Some working institutions are also equipped with micro-movement devices to meet installation requirements. The one with a large door seat height can meet the requirements of large lifting height and large-scale operation, but the working speed is low and the operation productivity is not high.
Portal cranes for construction installation: mainly used in hydropower stations for dam irrigation, equipment and prefabricated parts hoisting, etc., generally with hooks.
